Our goal at GNP Massage and Day Spa is to relax your body, calm your mind and renew your spirit. To provide an experience not just a massage and allow your guests to leave their worries at the door and take some time for them. I am a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being. This ancient healing art brings relief to tense muscles and sore joints. The combination of the heated stones and the expert touch of massage will melt away tension and soreness. Therapeutic pressure will be an additional charge

GNP Signature Massage
Our signature massage, designed to relieve stress and replenish the body. Using long, smooth strokes this massage will stimulate circulation and release tension. Pregnancy Pamper available. When scheduling, please add a note if pregnancy is high risk.

Therapeutic Massage
Deeper tissue pressure to focus on knots and release chronic tension in the deepest layers of muscle tissue and tendons. Benefits of deep tissue massage is to reduce fatigue and improve flexibility. Recommend adding Therapeutic Taping to this massage for an additional $12 to help with pain/tension.

Clarifying Facial
Soothe your skin and relieve it of acne breakouts. An anti-bacterial cleanser will deeply cleanse the skin and balances sebum without over drying. Benefits of this facial will calm inflammation, absorb excess oil and kill bacteria. Recommend adding High Frequency to this facial for an additional $15 to help kill the bacteria.
Express Facial
This 45 minute facial is an express treatment that does not include facial massage and has a shortened masque application
Dermaplaning

Chemical Peels
Lactic Lightening Peel - lactic acid is great for hydrating and exfoliating the skin in a gentle manner
Glycolic Peel - glycolic acid is excellent cell renewal peel
10% TCA Depigmentation Peel - combination of these acids is a beautiful peeling treatment for evening skin tone, reducing acne and retexturing the skin.

Bare Back Facial
