Spa Policies

Below are some of our policies at GNP Massage and Day Spa. Please follow the below policies to help us provide you and other guests with the best experience ever!

Late Arrivals: 

As a courtesy to each guest we will start treatments on time, therefore clients arriving late unfortunately forfeit that portion of their scheduled service, and will be charged for the complete service.

Cancellation Policy:

A 24-hour notice is required. We do understand life happens, however if a no-show does occur the following charges will incur.  GNP will send an invoice to guest for these charges. 

*1st no-show 50% of payment will be charged of the total of service(s) scheduled for that day

*2nd no-show 100% of payment will be charged of the total of service(s) scheduled for that day

*3rd no-show 100% of payment will be charged of the total of service(s) for that day and a prepay of service(s) for any future service(s) will be required or GNP can refuse service(s)

Gift Certificate/Gift Cards: 

Are available and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.Gift certificates can be made for a particular treatment or a specific dollar amount and can be used for either services or retail purchases. They are not refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost, misplaced or stolen cards are not refundable or replaceable. These cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for multiple gift certificates. Donation Gift Certificates are only valid for 6 months and will not be extended and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services or other gift certificates. 

Guests:

All guests should be at least 18 years of age. Those over 16 years old may bring in a signed consent, however, those under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult for the initial consultation. All cell phones will need to be silenced or turn off.
